Talent Partners Group started from a straightforward observation: most HR consultancies either specialize too narrowly to be useful past one type of mandate, or generalize too broadly to be trusted with any of them. TPG was built to do both properly, senior search and high-volume recruitment, regional reach and local depth, strategic coaching and the administrative work that keeps a workforce compliant, run under a single consultancy instead of handed off between vendors.
Since founding, TPG has grown from a standing start into an operational consultancy with reach across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and North America, run from its Dubai base.
